POLICIES


DELIVERY AND SET-UP:

We deliver, set-up and pick-up all rentals.All you have to do is pick up the phone and call. We'll deliver and set-up the inflatable typically in the morning unless otherwise specified. We'll insure it's in clean and good working condition before your party starts however, when setting up, if the driver feels it's not a good or safe place to set-up the inflatable, due to obstacles that may damage the inflatable, he will not set-up. An alternative site will need to be found. Later at evening we will return to take down the inflatable after the party is over. All pick-ups will be between the hours of 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm. 

 

BEHAVIOR:

 Under no circumstances should anybody using the inflatable do flips or climb on the sides of the walls. The inflatables are NOT trampolines and do not have the rebound of a trampoline. Remember, together our #1 objective is to have fun and keep safety in mind. Also, absolutely NO SILLY STRING! this will actually eat into the vinyl of the inflatable. Adults, please remember you are responsible for the safety of the children and for the care of the equipment.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

If you decide to cancel your order once the driver has arrived at your door or is already on the way. DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

 

RAIN:

If it is raining on the day of the event, we will not deliver your inflatable. If it is a cloudy day and there is a slight chance of rain, we will still plan on delivering your inflatable (unless we hear from you to cancel). After delivery is made and it starts raining, there will not be any refunds. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but the weather is out of our control.

 

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT:

Deposits can be made by phone with a credit/check card or in person. Remaining balance is due upon delivery of your inflatable by credit/check card, cash or check.

 

DAMAGE:

We do not provide damage insurance. If damage happens accidentally or by negligence you will be advised and responsible for the cost of the repairs. A small fee will be added for any missing parts to the games or equipment to replace the items. Remember to take off your shoes and to remove any sharp objects from yourself or your clothing that may damage the inflatable. Do not let this alarm you. We have not experience any damages by our customers; it's simply a precaution for the replacement or repair of our inflatables to continue providing expedient and quality service at an affordable rate.
